One of the benefits of doing the Mastery workshop is it puts you back in the driver's seat of your life.
To take this new responsibility to the next level, we also offer the Leadership workshop. It is a three day
weekend that will take you into the heart of your abilities to lead and will also reveal to you those
places where you stop leading.
The purpose of this workshop is for you to discover:
- where in your life you are a leader
- what things get in the way of you being a leader
- how you see, and to learn new ways of seeing
- how to apply your new knowledge so that you can be the leader you are
The Leadership workshop looks at what it is to be a leader and how you live that aspect of your life, and
teaches you to lead from within. It is mainly about seeing and discovery.
You will learn to see and experience your judgments, opinions, and points of view in a safe environment
among other leaders, supporting each other in furthering your process. You will gain a new
perspective on your judgments and opinions so that you are not ruled by them, but instead will move beyond them.
You are always leading in your life. You also have a particular style of leadership, whether it be from
the front in a leadership role, or from the back in a student or following role.
The Leadership workshop offers you an opportunity to learn new ways of leading, and provides you with the
necessary tools to enhance your current leadership style.
We use the model of the Mastery to facilitate this process. From this and other perspectives you will look at
what it is to be a leader, how you manage the dynamics of the room and its interactions, and how you handle
that responsibility.
There are minimum requirements to take this workshop:
- you must be a graduate of the Mastery workshop
- you must have graduated at least 3 months prior to the leadership workshop
- you must have either observed or assisted an entire Mastery workshop
In the Leadership workshop you will be put in an environment where you must take a stand for what
just occurred and be responsible for that dynamic. Just like at the Mastery, it is a safe place to play dangerously.
Using a military analogy, we all walk the point in our lives. We are the person that is sent forward
into the unknown. The Leadership workshop will equip you with the necessary tools and that leading edge to
navigate walking the point powerfully. If you want to be more effective in all areas of leadership, then this
workshop is for you.
